Why this role matters: The Business Development Manager will be the front-line of the company and will have a mission to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

What you will do:

  • Manage day-to-day operation with the International carriers and operators;
  • Performing daily communication with existing partners to manage the active business;
  • Monitor daily traffic trends and do analysis to ensure the smooth operation process;
  • Provide expert support to customers and the internal sales team by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Plan, negotiate and implement deals with major international partners to achieve the assigned targets in terms of revenues and net profit;
  • Explore new business opportunities and negotiate with new International partners for beneficial interconnections that would generate new revenue streams for Dexatel.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in Sales / Business Development in the telecom industry;
  • Advanced sales & communication skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships;
  • Goal-driven, Persistent & result-oriented personality;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Strong time management and planning skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English ( any additional language is a plus).
