Business Development Manager

What you will do:

  • Actively monitoring the market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events and seminars;
  • Monitoring the efficiency and profitability of the cooperation with business partners on a running basis;
  • Developing strategies and identifying opportunities for expanding and diversifying partnership and possible development of the business;
  • Developing and presenting action plans with clear goals, targets, and measures of performance on a quarterly basis;
  • Mapping the business requirements of the customer based on the potential needs of them and the capacity and goals of Dexatel;
  • Introducing the product of Dexatel to the customer proceeding from the benefit of the latter and the interests of Dexatel;
  • Preparing a cooperation offer for the customer on the basis of their needs and business interest of Dexatel;
  • Discovering new potential clients and negotiating possible cooperation;
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is kept current at all times.

What you will bring:

  • At least 3 years proven working experience in business development or sales;
  • Advanced sales skills to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language;
  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive personality who will become a great team player;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures;
  • Goal-driven, persistent and skilled negotiator;
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus;
  • Experience in sales and account management in the telecom industry is a plus.
