Senior Business Analytics Specialist

As a Senior Business Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging business opportunities and the Company’s profitability. You will be providing inputs to strategic decisions, ensuring meaningful insights for sales decision-making and negotiations, taking responsibility for cost vs profitability and long-term value of a specific business opportunity. You will have a direct impact on the Company’s success and will grow with the company.

What you will do:

Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to identify new business opportunities and increased profitability;
Monitor daily traffic, revenue, gross profit, and run quality analysis with a special focus on key customers
Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis;
Prepare special analysis for sales/operator partnership department (high priority clients and projects);
Perform data modeling and data mining for providing a clear picture (Advanced MS Excel, SQL and etc.);
Complete ad-hoc analysis requests and monitoring/ tracking trends/anomalies across our business;
Find and communicate valuable business insights in data and making data-driven decisions on routing;
Present escalation issues, status reports, and findings to the Business Development Managers;
Work in collaboration with people from other departments, including IT and Finance and Accounting;
Participate in the development of technical/business approaches and/or the recommendation of current system enhancements;
Ensure consistent work and flexibility on improving Business Analytics function and adapting the scope of the work to the company identified priorities/strategies;
Build and provide ad-hoc expense reporting;

What will you bring in:

Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in Analytics;
Analytical skills to compile information requiring combinations of data from multiple sources, the ability to work with numbers and formulas;
Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, SQL (basics), Tableau, Qlik Sense;
Exceptional work ethics, including the ability to follow-up, focus on details, and take initiative;
Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous improvement - personally and with work assignments;
Oral and written communication skills in English, able to work effectively with employees both internal and external to the finance function;
Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment;
Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multitask;
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
