As a Head of Business Growth you will design, execute, improve and deliver effective business development strategies through CPaaS, SMS and Voice business lines to drive sustainable financial results in a highly competitive environment.

Acquisition of new customers, forging strong relationships with them and reaching strategic growth in high opportunity accounts will be the main focus of business growth strategy execution.

You will have a direct impact on the company's success and will grow with the company.

Successful candidate should be a creative leader and a reliable problem-solver who will build a strong, high-performing business development team.

What you will do:

Achieve Business results/performance:

  • Drive Revenue: Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for expanding and diversifying partnerships and developing Dexatel business;
  • Develop and manage the performance of the Business Growth team;
  • Monitor the efficiency and profitability of the accounts on a run-time basis;

Manage sales process and approach:

  • Build processes and guidelines for reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion of the accounts for the team;
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management;
  • Establish the sales lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives;
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales pipeline of Dexatel and ensure all sales administration is kept current at all times;

Nurture Customer/Partner experience & growth:

  • Ensure the delivery of a great experience to our partners when working with Business Development team;
  • Help team nurture and grow relationships with our customer base;
  • Expand key accounts and identify growth opportunities of the existing accounts;

Perform periodic reporting, analytics and collaborate internally:

  • Maintain up-to-date, detailed customer knowledge and industry data;
  • Collaborate with Dexatel’s Leadership and Marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships;
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the Company Leadership for using in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners

What will you bring in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or MBA;
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development (sales & account management),
  • 3+ years’ supervisory or management experience;
  • Extensive experience collaborating with Marketing to drive business results;
  • Experience with complex digital/web products;
  • Financial and business acumen;
  • Familiarity with technology and platforms used in the industry and understanding key platform functionality;
  • Guiding high level strategy conversations with authority, conveying expertise to clients who have expertise themselves;
  • Superior, persuasive, written and verbal communication skills in a remote and in person (“pitch”) setting in English;
  • Ability to communicate in an accessible and concise way about product or service to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, vendors, and press;
  • The ability to develop confidence in Dexatel’s product, professionalism, and mastery by exemplifying it in our BD process;
  • Superior empathy and listening skills, a genuine passion for solving unique client and prospect challenges;
  • Competitive nature, being inspired by a challenging and competitive landscape where wins infrequently come easily;
  • Superior time management and follow-through, the ability to balance and prioritize multiple opportunities and leads.
