Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for leveraging business opportunities and the Company’s growth and profitability across global markets. You will be executing effective acquisition strategies, launching new marketing programs, building relationships with networks and publishers, and optimizing activities for return on investment and cost efficiency on a local and international level. You will be providing inputs to strategic decisions to drive marketing decisions, measuring and evaluating qualitative and quantitative data related to the customer experience. What you will do:

  • Build, develop, manage the performance of the Marketing team and oversee the daily workflow;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and monitor their execution on a daily basis;
  • Create and organize marketing operations, improving Marketing function and adapting the scope of the work to the company identified priorities/strategies;
  • Develop marketing ideas into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects;
  • Maintain a serious consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business;
  • Manage advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems;
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with suppliers, agencies and multiple top ad networks per target audiences;
  • Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key Marketing metrics;
  • Provide marketing performance reporting and analysis on all marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained;
  • Collaborate closely with the internal teams for boosting and advancement of the Dexatel’s brand, products and services;
  • Stay up to date with new technology and best practices.

What you will bring in:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field;
  • 5+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or Marketing Head or similar role;
  • In depth knowledge of product marketing, demand generation, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing industry;
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies;
  • Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned);
  • Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with spreadsheets and using it to configure, analyze, and present data;
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Ability for multi-tasking, work under pressure, dedication
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML is a plus;
  • Outstanding customer service and market research skills;
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills in English with extreme attention to detail
