Why the role matters: As a Social Media Specialist in Dexatel's Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating appealing and creative digital content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc). You will report to the CMO and work closely with the marketing team to generate a social media marketing strategy that drives engagement and promotes brand awareness.

Ultimately, you will be part of a talented team and will be a trusted person in a company that offers an excellent social media appearance. You will help ensure the success of our product, as well as have a direct impact on the company's success and grow with the company.

What you will do:

  • Create and implement social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification;
  • Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity;
  • Generate and publish digital content that builds meaningful connections and encourages engagement on a daily basis;
  • Optimize company pages to increase the visibility of the company’s social content;
  • Monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance;
  • Work closely with content writers, designers to ensure content is informative and appealing;
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, tech support, HR, and others) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions;
  • Continuously improve social media marketing by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics;
  • Keep up with social media trends, insights, and best practices, apply them in practice;
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

What you will learn:

  • More than 3+ years of working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist;
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge;
  • Knowledge of online marketing tools and a good understanding of major marketing channels;
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager;
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills in English with extreme attention to detail;
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
