Technical account associate is responsible for technical part of setting the accounts and has primarily impact on Customer success processes. You will be part of a talented team and will be a trusted person of a company that offers excellent communication solutions. Added to that, as a part of Dexatel's success, you will have a direct impact on the company's success, and will grow with the company.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Customer support and Business development team in order to provide exceptional customer experience;
  • Be responsible for Sender ID registration and other necessary changes in the system;
  • Be responsible for receiving and uploading incoming rates;
  • Be responsible of updating promotional list of our routes;
  • Compare the new offered routes with the existing routes and include in the top list;
  • Work closely with the finance team to make investigation in case of disputes and make appropriate changes if needed;
  • Set and follow up default routing rules for all clients;
  • Inform the team via email about new interconnections with Operators;
  • Test the routes for the live traffic.

What you will bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer support, customer success or a similar role;
  • Experience in IT industry in multinational companies or start-ups will be plus;
  • Advance analytical skills in MS Excel and similar tools;
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written & Verbal);
  • Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Great organizational and time-management skills.
