The Product Marketing Manager should be comfortable translating complex technical features into compelling customer value propositions, as well as using data analytics to optimize conversion funnels and drive growth. He/she should have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing tools, and importantly, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market initiatives.

What you will do:

Messaging & Positioning:

  • Help define and refine customer personas and use case-based messaging;
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across the website, sales materials, and marketing content;
  • Translate technical features into customer-friendly value propositions.

Conversion Rate Optimization:

  • Analyze website and product funnel performance (bounce rates, sign-up conversion, trial-to-activation);
  • Identify friction points and propose CRO improvements (UX, layout, CTAs);
  • Run A/B tests in collaboration with design and development teams.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, FAQs;
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand common objections and tailor messaging accordingly;
  • Support the preparation of webinars, demos, and training content.

Customer & Market Insights:

  • Analyze product usage and user behavior to identify patterns related to adoption or churn;
  • Launch feedback loops (onboarding surveys, exit surveys) and conduct customer interviews;
  • Work with Customer Support and Sales to collect ongoing qualitative feedback.

Go-to-Market Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing go-to-market campaigns for new product features;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align launch messaging and timing;
  • Support the creation of launch content such as landing pages, announcements, and internal briefings.

What you will bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company;
  • Proven hands-on experience with the following tools:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – for traffic and behavior analysis;
    • Microsoft Clarity (similar alternative) – for session recording and funnel reviews;
    • Amplitude (similar alternative) – for product usage and behavioral analytics;
    • HubSpot – for email campaigns, forms, and CRM segmentation;
  • Ability to synthesize data and customer feedback into actionable insights;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams (product, sales, design);
  • Self-starter who can operate independently but is comfortable receiving mentorship and guidance;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously;
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
