Do you charge platform or seat fees?
No. There’s no setup charge, no monthly platform fee and nothing per team member. You pay for the verification calls you send.
How is voice verification priced?
One price per call, set by the destination country. The calculator shows that price for any country you select, so you can work out your monthly cost from your expected volume.
What’s included in the price per call?
A complete verification call — the connection, the text-to-speech and the code read out, typically two or three times. You don’t pay separately for call length, text-to-speech or the number the call comes from.
What counts as a billable call?
A call that connects and delivers the code. Calls that never connect aren’t billed. A call answered by voicemail, an answering machine or an IVR counts as connected, because the code has been delivered.
How long is a typical voice OTP call?
About 24 seconds, with the code repeated two or three times. The exact length depends on your script, the language and how many repetitions you configure. That length is what the per-call price is built around.
Do voice verification prices vary by country?
Yes. The destination country sets the rate, and the destination network sets the billing increment. Select a country in the calculator and enter your expected call length to estimate your cost.
Do I pay extra for text-to-speech or a phone number?
No. Text-to-speech is included in the call rate. Calls go out from a pool of numbers chosen to protect answer rates, and you can bring your own numbers at no extra charge.
