What's your approach to remote work?
Our hybrid model (2/3 days in office) is our standard for office-based roles. For some positions, we offer fully remote options depending on the role requirements and team structure. This is always clearly specified in the job posting.
How do you evaluate cultural fit?
We don't look for people who are all the same — we look for people who align with our values (Drive, Ownership, Impact, Growth, Sharing) even if they express them differently. Diverse perspectives make us stronger.
