What you will do:
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients across global markets.
- Proactively manage and grow new and existing accounts to increase sales volume, revenue, and overall profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market, contributing to strategic growth.
- Recommend and implement growth strategies for both new and current customers, ensuring consistent account development.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to align offerings with customer requirements and market needs.
- Provide timely and expert-level support to both customers and internal sales teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, maintaining seamless communication and mutual alignment.
- Own and lead the end-to-end sales process, involving relevant team members to craft tailored solutions and deliver impactful proposals.
What you will bring:
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships through effective communication and value-driven selling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Results-driven and persistent, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a strong advantage.
