Dexatel Launches Bitrix24 Integration for SMS and Viber Campaigns

Dexatel has launched a new Bitrix24 integration that allows businesses to prepare and send SMS and Viber campaigns using customer data stored in their CRM.

Users can select the appropriate channel for each campaign, while message sending and delivery are handled through the Dexatel Messaging API. This gives businesses access to two messaging channels through one provider without exporting contact lists to a separate platform.

The integration also provides a read-only Dexatel dashboard inside Bitrix24. Teams can review the number of messages sent, delivered, or failed, track the amount spent on campaigns, filter results by sender or date range, and check their available Dexatel balance.

The integration does not require custom development. Users can install the Dexatel app from the Bitrix24 Marketplace and connect their Dexatel account using an API key.
