Dexatel Receives Silver Globee for Customer Service

Tallinn, Estonia, September 2023 — Dexatel received the Silver Globee for Achievement of the Year in Customer Service. The event marked the 10th annual Globee Awards for Customer Excellence. 

Dexatel’s winning team included Diana Nersisyan, Product Owner; Manuk Hovhannisyan, Technical Support Team Leader; Harut Melkisetian, Senior Technical Support Engineer (Messaging); Samig Brikhan, Senior Technical Support Engineer; Gayane Avetisyan, Customer Support Representative; Marianna Eroyants, Senior Customer Specialist; and Angela Boshgezenian, Technical Account Associate.

The group won the award for implementing a three-level customer support mechanism, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. This accolade spotlights the team, establishing them as dedicated and accomplished professionals in their fields.
