What You Pay For

RBM Messaging

Non-conversational RBM messages are billed per delivered RCS message. This makes them an ideal option for one-time passwords.

RCS OTP (Sessions)

Pay per session (check the country selector). Each session includes up to 10 authentication messages within 24 hours. Volume tiers available.

Optional Fallbacks

If RCS isn’t supported or reachable, the message automatically falls back to SMS, WhatsApp, or Viber—each billed at its standard rate.

Flexible Payment Options

Pay via bank transfer (preferred for enterprise customers), PayPal for quick and secure online payments, or credit card—we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Are there monthly platform or seat fees?

There are no platform or seat fees. Pricing is usage-based, meaning you only pay per message, per conversation, or per OTP session.

What’s the difference between non-conversational and conversational?

Non-conversational is billed per message, whereas conversational is billed per 24-hour conversation if there’s a reply within 24 hours. If there is no reply, the message is billed individually.

Do you support RCS OTP? What’s included in a session?

Yes. An RCS OTP session includes up to 10 authentication messages within 24 hours.
