Preguntas frecuentes
How much does Dexatel Engage cost?
The cost of a customer engagement platform depends on its billing model and how much you send. Dexatel Engage pricing is based on your messages — the channel, the destination country and the volume — plus any monthly fee that channel carries. Use the calculator above for message costs, then add the channel fees shown beside each channel.
Do I pay for the engagement campaign tools?
No. The campaign builder, contact lists and audiences, scheduling, link shortening and analytics are included, with no separate tool fee and no per-feature charges. You pay for the messages you send and for any channel fees that apply.
Does Dexatel Engage have monthly fees?
Yes, on some channels. WhatsApp costs $28 per month for each active sender, charged every month that sender is active. Viber has a minimum monthly spend starting at €120/$135, which your Viber usage counts towards. RCS carries agent and platform fees in some markets, confirmed with sales for your country. SMS has none.
Is there a platform, seat or setup fee for Engage?
There is no platform activation fee and no per-seat charge. Some channels and countries carry sender registration fees, monthly fees or a minimum spend, and you will see those on each channel’s pricing page.
Will I get a separate bill from Meta or a carrier?
No. Your messages, your monthly sender fees and any channel charges all arrive on one Dexatel invoice, in your account currency. You top up a single balance and it covers every Dexatel service you use.
How are SMS messages counted?
SMS is billed per segment, not per message. One segment holds about 160 GSM-7 characters or 70 Unicode code units, and some characters use more than one unit, so a longer message splits into several billable segments. Each segment is charged at the destination-country rate.
Does sending to several countries change the price of my campaign?
Yes. Each billable message, and each SMS segment, is charged at the rate for its channel and destination country. Your total adds those charges together across every destination in the audience, with channel and sender fees counted separately on top.
Does the price drop with campaign volume?
Yes. We agree custom volume rates case by case, based on your destinations and the traffic you expect, so the rate matches your actual sending. On SMS, agreed tiers apply automatically as your monthly volume grows, with nothing to claim back. WhatsApp marketing messages are the one exception.
Do I need an annual contract?
No contract is needed to start. Engage is pay as you go: you add funds to your balance and send. Larger agreements are negotiated individually, and channel fees and minimum monthly spend apply either way.
Can I test Dexatel Engage before I pay?
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day trial with a $1 or €1 test balance, depending on the currency you choose, and no card is required. There is no sandbox, so trial messages are real messages to real phones. SMS sends immediately from a shared Dexatel trial sender, while WhatsApp and Viber need your own sender registered and approved first, and sender fees are not covered by the trial balance.
How can I pay for your customer engagement platform?
You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. USDT through Binance works on USD, EUR, AMD and AED accounts and converts automatically into your account currency. The minimum top-up is $5, your balance never expires, and it works across every Dexatel service.
How does Dexatel Engage pricing differ from MAU-based platforms?
MAU-based plans charge for the number of monthly active users in your audience, whether or not you message them. Engage charges for the messages you send, so a large list you contact occasionally costs less here than on a plan priced by audience size. Our channel fees and minimum monthly spend sit outside the message rate, so compare total cost using your own audience size and sending frequency.
