What You Will Do:
- Support marketing operations by coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in implementing and refining marketing workflows to maintain process efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in social media management by handling content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and contributing to community interaction.
- Regularly update and maintain website pages with current product information, promotions, and fresh content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee and optimize marketing operations through campaign tracking, performance reporting, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, workflow consistency, and continuous process improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to generate insights and support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Contribute to content creation, including blog articles, case studies, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as product decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and tailored presentations to support the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation and timely delivery of promotional materials for conferences and events, ensuring all marketing assets and announcements are aligned and complete.
- Support collaboration with external vendors and agencies for content development, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital or growth marketing role.
- Proven track record in social media marketing within B2B SaaS and tech environments.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and support campaign operations.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
