Senior PR and Communications Manager

What you will do:
- Manage the production of information with targeted publics through appropriate channels in line with Dexatel vision;
- Develop PR and communications plans according to our branding strategy, commercial targets and budget;
- Design programmes to create and maintain a positive image and reputation of Dexatel to the external publics both locally and internationally;
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in broadcast and online media;
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry influencers;
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis;
- Plan & implement Dexatel’s key public events together with the support of the event coordination team;
- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand;
- Develop and implement PR policies and procedures;
- Develop KPIs for PR and provide reports on each PR campaign.
What you will bring:
- 5 + working experience in public relations in international companies;
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field;
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both local and international level;
- Strong relationships with both local and international business and industry media outlets;
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled personality in both broadcast and print media interviews;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills;
- Solid experience with social media platforms;
- Event planning experience.
