Financial Director

What you will do:

Implementation of Financial Strategy

• Develop, implement, and execute financial strategies that align with the unique demands of the cloud telecommunications sector;
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support Dexatel's growth;
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization;
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.

Lead the Finance team

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture that ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards;
• Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators for the cloud telecommunications sector.

Risk Management & Financial Compliance

• Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to the cloud telecommunications business, including financial risk assessments and mitigation plans;
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry-specific financial standards and best practices in the cloud telecommunications field.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and present financial reports, including cloud telecommunications-specific insights, to senior management and stakeholders;
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Financial Innovation

• Explore and recommend innovative financial tools and strategies specific to the cloud telecommunications industry, such as revenue-sharing models, subscription-based services, and capital allocation.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred;
• A minimum of 5 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry;
• Proven experience in financial modeling, risk management, and investment analysis, preferably within the cloud/telecommunications sector;
• Expertise in financial software and systems;
• Good understanding of the cloud telecommunications industry, including revenue models, cost structures, and market trends;
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics;
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of the cloud telecommunications industry.
