Why this role matters: The Business Development Manager will be the front line of the company and will have a mission to create and apply effective Voice Business Sales strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

What you will do:
- Establish and cultivate relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Tier 1 carriers across diverse global markets, building trust and ensuring long-term collaboration for mutual business growth.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability by proactively managing both new and existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimizing account performance to meet business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Voice B2B market, staying ahead of industry trends, exploring untapped markets, and driving strategic initiatives to capture new clients and expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase account value, tailoring solutions for both new and existing clients, ensuring continuous growth by addressing evolving business needs and upselling additional services.
- Provide expert support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and accurately, delivering high-quality service and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, along with maintaining close collaboration with internal operations and business development teams, ensuring alignment and fostering a cohesive approach to business goals.
- Lead the entire sales cycle by assessing business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions, and delivering impactful proposals that address customer requirements while ensuring business success.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within telecommunications, specifically Wholesale Voice trading.
- Strong business and sales acumen with the ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated team player.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Previous experience working in an international environment.
- Experience in team coordination or leadership is a plus.
