Why this role: You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing global voice traffic to ensure cost-effective routing and maximize profitability. This role goes beyond standard A-Z pricing, requiring hands-on work in routing optimization, pricing strategy, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with both technical and commercial teams, playing a critical role in adjusting pricing dynamically, maintaining routing efficiency to drive higher profits.

What You Will Do:
- Analyze voice traffic trends, performance metrics, and routing patterns to improve overall routing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and monitor voice rate agreements and supplier contracts to ensure competitive and profitable rate management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize routing profitability across global voice routes.
- Collaborate with the Voice NOC and Sales teams to ensure seamless coordination between technical execution and commercial objectives.
- Support the implementation of routing solutions and enhancements with internal technical teams.
- Continuously review market trends and vendor performance to maintain a competitive voice service offering.
- Utilize tools such as Alaris and advanced data visualization techniques for reporting and analysis.
What You Will Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in the telecom industry with a focus on voice routing and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of voice routing principles, telecom interconnections, and international voice services.
- Experience with the Alaris system is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement
