What you will do:

  • Promote and sell Dexatel's platform products, identifying new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of telecom carrier networks and aggregation components to provide expert guidance on pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Develop, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets through strategic lead nurturing and upselling.
  • Suggest and implement initiatives for account growth with new and existing customers.
  • Work actively with the product development team to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demos, present tailored cooperation offers, and negotiate pricing with new and existing customers to maximize business value.
  • Monitor the efficiency and profitability of partnerships, track market trends, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure all sales data is accurately logged in the CRM, adhere to reporting standards, and provide overflow support to the business development team when needed.
  • Assist the customer support team by addressing client inquiries related to sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience and smooth issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on market trends by actively engaging with clients, attending industry events, and participating in relevant seminars.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships, with advanced sales skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in an international environment and familiarity with sales and account management in the telecom industry will be an advantage.
