You will be working in a great engineering team, operating in bi-weekly sprints with daily stand-ups. We apply Scrum methodology in the development process and impact is continuously measured.
You will own meaningful parts of our product, have a direct impact on the company’s success, and grow with the company.
Besides front-end development, you will be deeply involved in the design process - offering feedback and input in meetings with product managers and designers when planning new features and products.
What you will do
- Build functionally and aesthetically flawless user experiences throughout Dexatel’s web platform;
- Develop a well-architected, responsive, and performant web-based application with maximum speed and scalability;
- Deliver expert level JavaScript code for modern browsers that is clean, maintainable, and reusable; perform debugging;
- Reviewing your peers' code to keep our codebase clean and extensible;
- Work closely with product managers to implement new features according to the design specifications;
- Work closely with back-end developers to deliver consistent and reliable web experience;
- Exchanging ideas with the design team to improve the user experience;
- Writing unit tests to ensure code robustness and documentation;
- Write functional requirement documents and guides;
- Refactoring and improving existing features of the product based on best practices, changing requirements, and feedback from QA;
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
What will you bring:
- 5+ years of industry experience with front-end development;
- At least 3+ years of experience working with React.js;
- Strong experience with TypeScript and related technologies;
- Experience with Redux;
- Experience in NextJS;
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3;
- Basic knowledge of Java;
- Working experience with REST API;
- In-depth networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience;
- Experience working in agile teams;
- Understanding of UI/UX concepts;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
