What you will do:
Sales Leadership and Performance Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's goals, collaborating closely with the Global Director of Enterprise Sales.
- Manage and grow existing enterprise-level client relationships within the EMEA region, fostering partnerships and driving expansion efforts.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation, closure, and ongoing account management.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to forecast, track, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Introduce innovative approaches to optimize sales efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
- Lead the hiring process, mentor team members, and provide robust leadership to the EMEA sales team.
Market Expansion and Client Relations:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, identify emerging business opportunities, and drive initiatives for market expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
What you will bring:
- A bachelor's and Master’s degree in business administration, telecommunications management, or a related field is required;
- Extensive experience of 5+ years in sales leadership roles within the CPaaS, telecom, or related technology sectors in the EMEA region.
- Proven success in driving sales, managing strategic accounts, and achieving revenue targets within the EMEA region.
- Deep understanding of the CPaaS industry landscape and the nuances of the EMEA market.
- Track record of developing and executing strategic account plans, driving long-term growth objectives.
- Strong strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and adapt to evolving trends.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to foster strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams;
- Advanced knowledge of the English Language, knowledge of any other language will be a plus;
- Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements, as these can vary by region and country;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees, executives, and external stakeholders;
- A forward-thinking mindset to explore and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness;
- Strong industry connections and the ability to leverage industry relationships for business development and partnership opportunities.
