What you will do:

  • Build and develop relationships with the largest companies in the global messaging market;
  • Generate, retain, and boost sales volume and profitability through proactive management of strategic wholesale accounts;
  • Identify new business opportunities with target clients, and lead the implementation of new initiatives;
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process based on business needs; collaborate with other team members to assist in solution development and proposal delivery;
  • Provide expert support to customers by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Work pro-actively with the analytics and product development teams to meet customer requirements;
  • Build strong working relationships with internal support teams.

What you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in business development or sales in telecommunications, particularly in business messaging,
  • Track record of growing revenue and margin from Tier-1 companies in business messaging,
  • Familiarity with key players in the industry,
  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field,
  • Advanced sales skills to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience collaborating successfully with team members,
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer data to drive business decisions;
  • Ability to propose new and innovative ways of doing things,
  • Goal-driven, persistent, and skilled negotiator,
