Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers
What’s the difference between CLI and non‑CLI routes?
CLI (Calling Line Identification) routes display the caller ID to the recipient, which improves trust and answer rates. Non-CLI routes are often more cost-effective but may face regional restrictions or reduced deliverability due to a lack of identification.
How do you measure call quality?
We track key voice metrics such as ASR (Answer-Seizure Ratio), ACD (Average Call Duration), PDD (Post-Dial Delay), and MOS (Mean Opinion Score). These metrics are displayed in your dashboard and also included in your downloadable call detail records (CDRs).
Can I run a trial?
Yes, trial access is available upon approval. Once approved, we’ll provide test trunks and sample rate cards so you can evaluate performance before committing.
