You, as a Talent Acquisition professional, will share the responsibility for the overall hiring strategy of the organization by ensuring that the staffing needs of the company are met and candidate experience is at the forefront of the process.

He or she will identify opportunities to build and continually develop a diverse and qualified talent pool, establish trust and partnerships with the hiring managers, identify potential ”fit” through an effective hiring and onboarding processes.

What you will do:

  • Determine current staffing needs and generate forecasts;
  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives to recruit and select strong professionals that fit into Dexatel culture;
  • Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle starting from creating and maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates to offer acceptance and filling in assigned vacant roles.
  • Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations;
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet the hiring needs of their respective units;
  • Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system;
  • Effectively coordinate external agencies and additional sources used for hiring by supporting them with briefs on the roles, tracking progress and ensuring quality of hires;
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement for hiring, employer branding.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of work experience in talent acquisition/recruitment or similar roles;
  • Experience in other HR domains;
  • Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting processes, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and tools;
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems effectively;
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills;
  • Excellent Business English knowledge;
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach;
  • Experience in International hiring is a plus.
