As Head of Business Growth at Dexatel your mission is to drive revenue and develop the Business Growth team. We already have a really solid foundation, however your experience and knowledge are highly needed to accelerate our growth.
You will be responsible to:
Achieve business objectives:
- Drive Revenue: Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for expanding and diversifying partnerships and developing Dexatel business;
- Develop and manage the performance of the Business Growth team;
- Monitor the efficiency and profitability of the accounts on a run-time basis;
Manage sales process and approach:
- Build processes and guidelines for reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion of the accounts for the team;
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management;
- Establish the sales lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives;
- Manage and maintain the entire sales pipeline of Dexatel and ensure all sales administration is kept up to date at all times;
Nurture Customer/Partner experience & ensure growth:
- Ensure the delivery of a great experience to our partners when working with Business Development team;
- Help team nurture and grow relationships with our customer base;
- Expand key accounts and identify growth opportunities of the existing accounts;
Perform periodic reporting, analytics and collaborate internally:
- Maintain up-to-date, detailed customer knowledge and industry data;
- Collaborate with Dexatel’s Leadership and Marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships;
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the company leadership to be used in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5-10 years of experience in business development (sales & account management),
- 3+ years of leadership experience of sales and account management teams;
- Extensive experience collaborating with Marketing to drive business results;
- Experience with complex digital/web products;
- Financial and business acumen;
- Familiarity with technology and platforms used in the industry and understanding key platform functionality;
- Exceptional persuasive, written and verbal communication skills in a remote and in person (“pitch”) in English;
- Above average listening skills and a genuine passion for solving unique client and prospect challenges;
- Competitive nature, being inspired by a challenging and competitive landscape;
- Superior time management and multitasking skills.
