Why is this role important:

As Head of Global Sales | CPaaS at Dexatel your mission is to build and develop the whole Sales and go-to-market Strategy for our CPaaS platform. We already have a really solid foundation, however your experience and knowledge are highly needed to accelerate our growth.


What you will be responsible for:

● Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;

● Own and execute the go-to-market strategy (lead generation, pipeline management, lead conversion);

● Develop market intelligence by conducting research on market, competition and customers;

● To lead freshly formed Sales team and provide them guidance in terms of Sales methodology, objection handling, speeding up the closure of the deals and overall coaching on the soft skills;

● As a Head of CPaaS you will be working with team on establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally;

● Working closely with Marketing on establishing ABM process;

● Working closely with other supporting Departments to ensure future growth of the platform and to ensure more smooth sales delivery;

● You will be responsible for securing the growth of the platform so CPaaS becomes the main revenue generator in next 12 months;

● Continue to grow the team and scale by hiring and developing great talent;

● Working closely with Upper Management on driving the growth of the company overall providing valuable market insights and being involved in Strategic Plannings

What will you bring:

● You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/ or business development with a strong international background;

● You have at least 2 years of leading high performing Sales organization including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota;

● A background in B2B SaaS, prior work experience in a fast growth technology firm would be ideal;

● You are experienced in business development - building up new teams, providing go-to-market strategy and executing it successfully is familiar to you;

● You have previous experience dealing with triple A merchants worldwide;

● You're willing and able to personally be involved in supporting critical deals - calling, pitching and negotiating;

● You are driven by people and impact and you want to be measured by results;

● You are highly motivated and willing to learn;

● You have a strategic mindset to build and execute a strategy to grow a market at pace over the long run;

● You can balance strong operational sales rigor with the here and now within a strategic plan;

● You demonstrate great presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English.
