Recruitment Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to design and oversee our company’s hiring.

Job responsibilities

  • Planning and Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
  • Develop an on-going pipeline of qualified candidates by building and maintaining relationships through recruiting sources including employees, candidates, etc
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks and networking events
  • Build and maintain effective relationships and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
  • Employee development planning. Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees
  • Conduct market research regarding available training opportunities and provide necessary information
  • Set up KPIs to track progress toward goals of any level
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Partnering with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process
  • Building a pipeline of talent for future and/or unexpected hiring needs

Required qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
  • Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
