Recruitment Manager
Job description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to design and oversee our company’s hiring.
Job responsibilities
- Planning and Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Develop an on-going pipeline of qualified candidates by building and maintaining relationships through recruiting sources including employees, candidates, etc
- Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks and networking events
- Build and maintain effective relationships and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
- Employee development planning. Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees
- Conduct market research regarding available training opportunities and provide necessary information
- Set up KPIs to track progress toward goals of any level
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Partnering with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process
- Building a pipeline of talent for future and/or unexpected hiring needs
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
